Terms of Service

1. Using the Game

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the Game for personal entertainment purposes.

The Game is provided through Steam and may require a valid Steam account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Steam account and for activity performed through it.

2. Player conduct

You must not:

• cheat, use unauthorized software, bots, scripts or automation;
• intentionally exploit bugs or vulnerabilities;
• interfere with the Game, its servers or other players;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data;
• harass, threaten or impersonate other players;
• use the Game for unlawful purposes;
• sell, transfer or trade accounts, virtual items or game access outside systems we expressly provide.

We may investigate suspected abuse and may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Game where reasonably necessary to protect players, the Game, our systems or the integrity of gameplay.

3. Game accounts and progression

Your Game account may be associated with your Steam account.

Characters, progression, currencies, items, unlocks and other in-game content are part of the Game service and do not represent ownership of physical property or cash value unless we expressly state otherwise.

We may modify game balance, progression systems, items, rewards and other gameplay features as the Game develops.

In exceptional cases, such as technical failures, exploits, cheating or data corruption, we may correct, roll back or remove affected progression or virtual items.

4. Purchases and virtual content

The Game is currently free to play.

We may introduce optional paid digital content, virtual items, currencies or other purchases in the future.

Prices, purchase conditions and relevant information will be shown at the time of purchase.

Purchases made through Steam may also be subject to Steam's terms, payment systems and refund rules.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, virtual items and virtual currencies:

• have no real-world monetary value;
• cannot be exchanged for cash;
• may only be used within the Game;
• may not be transferred or sold except through systems we expressly provide.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

5. Intellectual property

The Game, including its software, artwork, audio, text, characters, designs and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any part of the Game to you.

6. Updates and availability

The Game is an online service and may change over time.

We may add, modify, rebalance or remove content and features, perform maintenance, or temporarily suspend access where reasonably necessary.

We may discontinue the Game or its online services in the future. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice.

We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you materially violate these Terms, cheat, abuse other players, compromise security, or otherwise seriously interfere with operation of the Game.

Where appropriate, we may use warnings, temporary restrictions or permanent bans depending on the seriousness of the conduct.

You may stop using the Game at any time.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free gameplay, preservation of all game data, or compatibility with every device or system configuration.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Game.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Game, our services or applicable legal requirements change.

The current version will be made available at the same location as these Terms.

If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, except where mandatory laws in your country of residence give you additional protections that cannot be waived.
